FLIP

Futures Literacies in Praxis

Makēda Gershenson Founder, Quest Labs · Practitioner-Researcher MEd, Stanford · MA Candidate, Institut Futur Berlin questlabs.world/educators · questlabs.world@proton.me

The world your students are entering doesn't exist yet.
Most professional development doesn't help educators with that. FLIP does.

FLIP is a 12-week virtual program that gives educators the tools to read what's coming: not to predict it, but to navigate it alongside their students with confidence and care. This is not another training to sit through. It is a practice to return to.

  • A personal futures literacy practice they can sustain independently
  • Tools to read trends and signals in their own school environment
  • A cross-school cohort of educators working with these trends to craft community charters
  • Renewed capacity: less burnout, more agency, more possibilities
